TrackMaster® Inc., (The Company) began life as a New Mexico Limited Partnership in December 1991. Upon expiration of the Partnership ten years later the company was reformed as a closely held sub-chapter S corporation and has operated in that business form since that time. The Principals of the Company are the sole owners of all patents, designs, trademarks and other assets of the company.

The Company has production agreements with Jule-Art, Inc., a plastics fabrication, packaging and injection molding company and Piñon Marketing Group, Inc. for marketing and sales. Both companies are located in Albuquerque, NM. The Company has had a 13-year continuous relationship with Jule-Art and four year’s experience with Piñon Marketing.

The Company’s primary mission has been to develop, produce and market an integrated line of picture-frame hangers and frame security systems that have been specifically designed to securely mount any metal or wooden picture frame on any type of flat wall surface using standard, commercially available, fastening hardware. The Company’s newest product the ‘Pivot Hanger for Wooden Frames’ is particularly useful for hanging oval frames as well as more traditional wooden frames.

TrackMaster®, Inc.'s unique, state-of-the-art, frame hanging systems have been engineered to replace troublesome ‘hook and wire’ systems.  The TrackMaster® hanger’s physical design elements, which include integral levels insure that frames mounted with TrackMaster® hardware will hang permanently straight, level and flush with the wall, with their load-vectors directed into the wall.

TrackMaster® branded hardware elements are manufactured entirely from recycled resins and environmentally friendly materials.

The Company’s ultimate goal is to insure that everyone who wants to buy TrackMaster® products can do so in any store they choose at prices they are willing to pay. To date, the company has sold some 12 million TrackMaster® frame hangers and security systems, of various configurations, world-wide.
